Return Policy 

We at motush fashion take  pride in our high level of customer satisfaction.

We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive the best quality as a beauty & fashion store  .
Due to the nature of most of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are NO REFUNDS. However in rare cases where the customer gets the wrong product, exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions.

• All returns/exchanges must be made within 24hours to 48 hours of receipt
• All items must be unworn and unaltered or changed in any way
• Exchange will be made for a product of equal value or less with no money back
• Return shipping cost will be paid for by the store but in a case of a personal reason for returning an item , shipping cost is paid by the customer .
• We suggest sending through a courier that provides delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.
• Return is available for an exchange on our footwears collection base on if the sizing is not true to size . 24hrs of return for an exchange equivalent to the initial price purchase or less .

We must receive the product and inspect it before an exchange can be made. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the conditions stated are not met
