1.Order Processing
-Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. 

-Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days for ready to ship , 1-3 weeks for per order.Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Order Modifications:
  If you need to make changes to your order Please contact us within 1-3 hours after placing orders on ready to ship items & 24 hours on per order item. After this period, modifications may not be possible.

2.Shipping Policy
-Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

3.Returns and Exchanges
-Returns and exchange:
24 -48hours of return only for items that’s been received differently from what was ordered. In a case where there’s miss delivery. Pls do contact us before returning item for a return code . 
Items must be unworn , unwashed, and in original packaging with tags or lace attached.

-Non returnable item:
Sales items , gift cards , kitchen & home appliances , wears,  jewelry , accessories, and bags including per order items & mannequin , virgin hairs 

-Return process:
Returns must be confirmed by the customer service with your order number & reason for return before returning an item .
Item returned without confirmation code of return ,will not be refunded or exchanged. We will provide you additional instructions 

-Exchange policy:
Exchanges are allowed on item that’s miss delivered/ different from order what you ordered. Please contact customer service for assistance 

Refunds (no refunds only exchange of same cost) 
Once your return is received  and inspected , we will process an exchange for your item ,ship back within 1-3 business days on ready to ship , 1-3 weeks on per order .
